Only a few weeks after a court in France determined that a subsidy paid by Strasbourg Airport to encourage Ryanair to establish a route there was illegal, a similar row has broken out in Denmark.

The Danish Civil Aviation Authority has instructed Aarhus Airport to end its discount terms with Ryanair. The airport allegedly charges Ryanair only half the fees it charges other airlines. The airport has been told it will lose its operating licence if it does not re-adjust its contract with Ryanair by 1st October.
